As a member in good standing of the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ), Albert approaches his advocacy with the mindset of a seasoned investigator. His investigative exposés are committed to factual and verifiable rigor, adhering to the ethical pillars of seeking the truth and providing a fair accounting of the facts. In an era of misinformation, Albert’s work stands as a bulwark for the "Juris-Marginalized," ensuring that every claim of legal or medical malfeasance is backed by a meticulous paper trail.

For years, Albert led a successful life as a businessman and family man until a car accident led to a decade-long battle with opioid therapy and subsequent addiction. His path to recovery was not just a personal triumph but a professional awakening.

When his attempts to seek justice through the courts (Pepper v. Gelfand) revealed a systemic pattern of exploitation by legal counsel, Albert refused to remain a passive participant. He transitioned into a high-capacity pro se litigant, earning the moniker "The Franken-Client"—a technologically advanced, hyper-prepared advocate that the traditional legal machine is rarely equipped to handle.
